1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nustabet ("nustabet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the nustabet website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the nustabet Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by nustabet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules that may apply.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nustabet Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use the nustabet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of nustabet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the nustabet Platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR regulations.

nustabet takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the nustabet Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on nustabet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustabet Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your nustabet account that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your nustabet Login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify nustabet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

nustabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified nustabet of a security breach in a timely manner.

KYC Verification: nustabet is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the nustabet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nustabet supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or Maya are typically credited to your nustabet account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the nustabet Cashier section. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. nustabet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

Currency: All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and game stakes are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). nustabet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. nustabet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to players via registered email.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

nustabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. nustabet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
• nustabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

nustabet offers a range of online gaming products including live casino games, slot games, Bingo, Callbreak Quick, Triple, and other titles. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the nustabet Platform:

• All games on nustabet use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the nustabet system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, nustabet reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient account balance before placing bets. nustabet does not extend credit to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• nustabet reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical error in the game software or odds display.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustabet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party, including minors, to access or use your nustabet account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the nustabet Platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or other players' experience.

8. Responsible Gaming

nustabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform at any time by contacting nustabet support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nustabet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the property of nustabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of nustabet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

nustabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nustabet's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and Termination

nustabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if nustabet reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to nustabet, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the player's account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nustabet Platform shall first be submitted to nustabet's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

nustabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nustabet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the nustabet Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
